The Most Common of the FAQs

1. How much paint do I need?
Generally speaking... 1 gallon of HD paint will cover most home theaters. However many larger home theaters and theaters for commercial use can be larger. In which case stay tuned for our estimator calculator which is coming soon.

2. Can I paint my projector screen with this?
This is actually a very common question that we are asked. The answer is YES. Just remember that when you paint over a screen that screen will no longer have the ability to roll up.

3. How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact the ScreenPaintHD Customer Support Team at 1-385-743-1503 immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel.

Returns

1. What is Your Refund Policy?
Original Paint Can must be returned for any refund minus all shipping costs and 20% restocking fee.Returns may only be processed up to thirty ( 30 ) days after original purchase receipt. There are no returns on custom or international orders.Customer purchase receipt must match receipt generated by Screen Paint HD, LLC via Paypal or Google Checkout.No refunds will be provided for use of Paint On Screen outside of specified use.

2. I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
Call our support line at 1-(385) 743-1503 and one of our support reps will walk you through the process.

3. How long does it take for me to get a refund?
It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach the Paint on Screen Fulfillment Centers. Once it is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers, Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

4. What are the shipping charges for returning an order?
You are responsible for the shipping charges on all returns.

Shipping

1. What shipping methods do you offer?
FedEx is our main shipping provider. All options that FedEx offers apply.

2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. Email our support team at support@screenpainthd.com and let us know that you are wanting your order shipped outside of the U.S and what country. Our support team will then help you setup your shipment.

3. Can I expedite my shipping?
Yes you can. You can either select the Overnight shipping option or you can call our support line at 1-(385) 743-1503

4. Oops! I accidentally placed my order with normal 4-5 business day delivery shipping, but I need the order tomorrow!
If you’ve just finished placing your order, please call us and we’ll try to modify your order to next business day shipping assuming we haven’t yet hit our 1pm cutoff time. Please know that an additional shipping charge may apply.

5. Oops! I accidentally placed my order with the incorrect shipping address. What should I do?
If you’ve just finished placing your order, please call us and we’ll update the address before the order ships from our fulfillment center. If more than an hour has passed, chances are good that we have already packed and shipped your order! In either case, please call us for further assistance so that we can help get your order to you.

6. How can I track my order?
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the UPS, FedEx or USPS website, depending on who shipped your package.

General Questions

1. How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?
Email us at support@screenpainthd.com and one of our customer services representatives will unsubscribe your email address.

2. Do you offer Live Chat support?
Yes we do! To get in contact with one of our live chat specialists, look for the Live Help button located on the top left hand of the page, right below the shopping cart widget. If you are unable to see this button, it saddens us to say that we do not have a specialist available to assist via chat.

3. Do You Have a Reseller Program?

Payment Information

1. What forms of payment do you accept?
ScreenPaintHD.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Bill Me Later, and PayPal for all orders.

2. Do you charge sales tax on any item?
Only items ordered from the state of Utah will be charged a sales tax and that sales tax is 6.5%

Paypal

1. What is PayPal?
PayPal is a payment method for online purchases enabling buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. As of today, PayPal has over 100 million member accounts in 190 countries and regions. One advantage of using PayPal payment method is that it offers faster, safer and easier checkouts and promises to protect customers from revealing their credit card and other financial information to the merchant.

2. How do I sign up for PayPal?
You can sign up for a PayPal account by going to https://www.paypal.com.

3. What do I do if I have questions about my PayPal account?
You may contact PayPal customer service by calling 888-221-1161 or go to https://www.paypal.com for support and additional information.

4. How is billing done for PayPal?
Customers who sign up for a PayPal account must sign a Billing Agreement which will authorize the merchant to take out their payments directly from their PayPal account. Only then can the customer be able to control how to pay for their purchases. For detailed information, customers can contact PayPal customer service by calling 888-221-1161.

5. When are funds transferred out of my PayPal account for my order?
PayPal withdraws money from your PayPal account immediately after checkout. If the balance is lower than the total payment, PayPal offers credit products or the option to pay from your bank account or a credit card. Customers who do not have a PayPal account at this point will need to use a valid credit card to complete the payment. 6. Are there any shipping restrictions when using PayPal to place my order?
Please be advised that PayPal orders may be shipped “signature required” in accordance with PayPal policies and procedures.

7. Can I order if I don't have a PayPal Account?
Yes you can. PayPal will allow you to purchase without having a PayPal account. Just select the option that says "Don't Have a PayPal Account?"
